What Oscelyra is

Oscelyra is educational software for practising OSCE-style clinical consultations with simulated patients. By using it you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

Oscelyra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Every patient, scenario, and result in the app is fictional. Nothing in the app may be used to make decisions about the care of a real person. Always follow your medical school's, employer's, and regulator's guidance, and current clinical guidelines.

No guarantee of results

Scores and feedback are study aids generated in part by AI. They are not an examiner's verdict and do not predict or guarantee performance in any real examination, including PLAB, the UKMLA, the NAC OSCE, or any university assessment. Oscelyra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examining body, medical school, or regulator.

Clinical content

Cases are written and reviewed with care against current guidance, but clinical practice changes and errors are possible. Do not rely on Oscelyra as a clinical reference. If you spot something wrong, please report it to ocelyra@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Availability

Oscelyra is provided "as is" and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. The AI features depend on third-party services and an internet connection.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oscelyra and its author are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including examination outcomes or any clinical decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy
