Email ocelyra@gmail.com and you will get a reply, usually within two working days. Telling us your iPhone model, iOS version, and the station you were on makes problems much faster to fix.
That is offline mode: the app could not reach our servers, so a built-in fallback patient answers instead. Your marks still count. Check your connection and reopen the app — the status pill on the Practice tab turns green when the AI patient is available again.
Check Settings → Oscelyra and make sure both Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed. Hands-free mode listens, pauses while the patient replies, then reopens automatically — so wait for the patient to finish before asking your next question. You can always type instead.
Check the silent switch and volume, and that "Voice on" is showing in the station header.
Each station has a mark scheme written for it. Checklist coverage is objective — you can tap any earned mark to jump to the exact moment in your transcript that earned it. Communication scores are indicative coaching, not an examiner's grade, and no score predicts your real exam result.
Oscelyra has no accounts. Your practice history lives only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it permanently. See the privacy policy for what is sent to our AI providers while a station is running.
If you believe a case, mark scheme, or piece of feedback is clinically wrong, please tell us — include the station name and what you think is incorrect. We take these seriously and correct them quickly.
